These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at seats.jkalogic.com (the "Site"), operated by JKA Logic LLC ("JKA Logic," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What Seats is
Seats is a search and notification layer for live event tickets. Seats is not a ticket seller. We do not buy, hold, or resell tickets, and we do not sell tickets through the Site. When the service is available, any ticket purchase is completed through the ticket provider's own website and is subject to that provider's terms, pricing, and fees. The Site is currently informational and the service is in development.
3. No guarantee of availability or price
Tickets are never reserved by us. Any listing referenced by the service can be sold or repriced by the provider at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular ticket, price, section, or seat will be available, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a ticket provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping it, or using it in violation of applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Seats name, logo, text, and design, are owned by JKA Logic LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.
6. Third-party sites and services
The Site may reference or link to third-party ticket providers and other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JKA Logic LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JKA Logic LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
