Why Seats exists

Catching an event usually means checking ticket sites over and over, hoping to catch the on-sale before seats are gone. That is tedious, and it is easy to miss. Seats replaces the daily refresh with a simple idea: describe the event, and let us watch for it.

What Seats is

Seats is a search and notification layer, not a ticket seller. You define a watch and we email you when it triggers. Today that means on-sale alerts; price-drop and seat-level alerts (the specific seats you would actually sit in and the most you would spend) are in development as we add authorized data sources. We work only with authorized APIs and affiliate feeds, and which sources a watch covers will always be stated plainly.

What Seats is not

• We do not buy, hold, or resell inventory.
• We do not scrape protected sites.
• We never reserve tickets. A listing we email you about can be sold or repriced at any time.
• Every purchase is completed through the ticket provider's own checkout, not ours.
